This role requires someone who embraces clients and consumers as partners in the process of developing marketing communications, using their input at every stage of the process to inform and inspire creative ideas, and guide and validate the resulting integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, the account planner interacts with the entire agency team, client stakeholders, and end-users/consumers in the formulation of a plan for directing creative communications solutions.

The account planner is also part account executive and reports to the director of account planning or CEO. This person will have a high level of client contact and must be comfortable assuming a leadership position during client calls. A well-rounded understanding of all agency disciplines and how they affect the planning process is key.

The Director of Content Marketing leads the content marketing team which includes all content writers and social media marketing teams. This person is responsible for evaluating the agency’s content marketing capabilities, devising strategies to improve these capabilities, and implementing these strategies to enhance the agency’s content marketing strengths. 

This position requires extensive experience in content marketing, developing strategies, and managing teams. Additionally, the director of content marketing must also be willing to be hands-on to support the team in creating online written content – blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, social media copy, infographic copy, and more – that builds trust and loyalty with readers while engaging and informing them.


Location: Remote with local office access when needed in Downtown Orlando, Florida.
Direct report: VP of Content Marketing or CEO.
Requirements: Strong understanding of using various tools typically used in such work. This may include Medium, Reddit, Sprout Social, Agorapulse, Buffer, Hootsuite, Hashtagify.me, Klipfolio, and others.

The data analyst must be passionate about the work and finding insight through data analysis. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities include conducting a full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. The data analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance, and provide meaningful insight.

This individual will regularly acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. He/she will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports

The data analyst must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

This role requires someone who can implement approved online media plans by negotiating and securing the planned buys and then tracking the results. This person must be well-versed in costs, fees, formats and other variables related to online media buying, and should be alert to changes and new opportunities of interest to clients and compatible with client goals or objectives.

Thorough knowledge of online platforms and channels including paid social media is key. The digital media buyer must have the ability to work with ad buying and tracking software as well as online tracking and monitoring tools. Additionally, this person must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Additionally, this person is comfortable working in a remote environment such as a home without traditional supervision. This digital media buyer analyst should be a great manager of time and very thorough in his or her work.

The marketing internship program is offered all year round. The individual should be a college studying one or more of the marketing communications disciplines or someone who has already earned their degree. The marketing intern must be enthusiastic, ambitious, motivated, and assertive.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our entire team in all stages of marketing and advertising campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of current technological trends and how they are leveraged in society, social media marketing, and project organization.

This candidate will be responsible for generating a large number of new business leads and prospects for the agency according to a pre-defined set of client criteria. The new business developer generates research on prospects and assembles reports to use in attracting and inciting prospects’ interest in the agency. Also, the new business developer maintains the prospect database, makes and keeps appointments, cold calls leads and prospects, maintains and follows up on regular new business developer mailings to prospects, looks for new leads, creates prospect profiles, and stays up to date on correspondence relating to all prospect contacts. This individual also coordinates with the marketing manager to schedule prospecting emails, search marketing ads, inbound marketing campaigns, and other online tactics.

Requirements: At least 10 years prior experience working with at an advertising and marketing agency.

The project coordinator is an entry-level position that is perfect for someone with one year or less of agency experience and prior internships.

This individual works jointly with the entire team. The project coordinator is involved in assisting with the coordination of projects and managing workflow while also rolling up his/her sleeves and working on specific tasks and overflow. Assisting with research and developing new business proposals may be needed on occasion.

Being a good content writer and experience with social media platforms is a plus. This individual may be asked to help write content at times as well as help with proofreading. Attention to detail is critical.

The project coordinator requires strong task management skills, must be a conscientious team player, and a good organizer. This person is a creative problem solver, exhibiting initiative, and a take-charge attitude.

The social media marketing manager is the agency’s primary advisor on all social media channels, including social networks, content sharing sites, blogs, micro-blogs, and wikis. This person must demonstrate extensive social media experience. 

The social media marketing manager actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development, and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc., and is well-connected with the broader social media landscape. This candidate must be able to think strategically, but be willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement social media programs for agency clients. 

It's also important or this person to be a storyteller, a tribe-builder, someone who knows how to connect with people in a real and genuine way and help them to be part of something big… and who also can change hats to be the agency’s social media data, numbers, and analytics expert.

This person recommends social media channels appropriate for client marketing and guides clients in adopting social media strategies. The social media manager coaches clients, and agency staff, in how to participate in the social media conversation to help grow customer-brand relationships

The social media marketing manager advises on, manages and monitors the agency’s social media initiatives and participation, and works to grow agency staff participation in and understanding of social media as agency self-promotion and engagement tool.

The social media marketing manager should have experience, or be willing to acquire such experience, in as many of the following areas as possible: social media tools and techniques; traditional, new media, guerilla and “word of mouth” marketing; strategic planning; product marketing; press and analyst relations; business development; technology; operations; sales; financial and quantitative analysis, and project management.

The account executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and one or more client accounts. The account executive interfaces with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of the client. This includes meeting with the creative director concerning creative issues and input, the media director concerning media issues, the public relations director concerning publicity, the director of content marketing, and the director of project management concerning scheduling and timing.

The account executive has major input in developing strategic marketing plans for their clients and collaborating with the account planners. After plans are developed and presented to clients, the account executive is responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis.

 The account executive is also responsible for gaining new business from existing clients.  S/he is not a salesperson; s/he is a service person.  The account executive will not be asked to cold canvas for new business.
